A poor boy in the ancient middle east name Aladdin and his pet monkey, Abu, stumble across a cave with hidden treasure. The most precious of them all is a lamp with a genie in it. After rescuing the genie, Aladdin is granted his wishes as well as the comradery of the genie. The local sultan is looking for a proper sutor for Princess Jasmin and the genie helps Aladdin climb the ranks to win Jasmins' hand. The love story is distraught as Jafar fights to take Aladdins place with Jasmin. |
