A chilling documentary set on the day of the horrific attacks on the World Trade Center Towers on September 11th, 2001. A pair of French filmmakers is in the process of making a day-in-the-life documentary of New York city firefighters when they inadvertently film the first plane hitting the tower. The film initially focuses on the life of a probationary fireman, but the creators quickly shift to the minute by minute response of the heroic firemen of New York City and the chaos that followed throughout the day. Much of the footage simply has to be seen to be believed. An unbiased and honest look at the events that transpired on the ground on one of the saddest days in world history.
